A Contractor worked with an apartment complex to restore a unit that experienced a fire inside the unit. Drywall was replaced and new finishes installed.
MHA was brought into review the existing space and generate a floor plan that showed the local permitting office what was being done so it could be approved for occupancy.
Working with our neighbors we have designed several basement finish outs for them and got them permitted throughout Colorado. This project specifically had an initial phase completed so part of the project is occupied while the final phases of construction were commenced.
MHA was brought into review the existing space and generate a floor plan and reflected ceiling plan for the client to approve the space as the contractor was preparing to commence construction.
The client moved into a space and began working with the Town to get approval to operate their business. They town requested they submit drawings of the structure and the proposed layout to issue a certificate of occupancy. After three weeks of operating without income they reached out to MHA for support.
MHA visited the site with the client to observe the existing construction and generate an as-built BIM model that would be utilized for the Site Plan, and Code Analysis for the new use and occupancy.
